Physical exercise is very important the physical and mental development of young people. Therefore, we provide workshops at our creative hub on Wednesday & Saturdays for children aged 5 -14 years.
We also provide private workshops for those wanting some one-on one attention or those who are busy on Saturday.
Currently, during school holidays, there are no workshops. We will be back from 1 September. More information to follow.
